Группа отстаивает необходимость существования рынка акций небольших компаний; ищет альтернативы рынку Лондонской фондовой биржи; изучает инвестиционные тенденции небольших компаний и оказывает давление на органы регулирования в процессе принятия ими решений, которые могут затронуть мелкие компании.
